Evolution 2013 is the premier showcase for research at the
cutting edge of evolutionary biology, where the hottest
science is served up before hitting the press. Sponsorship
places you at the front and center of your scientific
community and your current and future customers - the next
generation of evolutionary biologists. Sponsorship
includes not only the exclusive opportunity to reach your
audience, but also to underwrite this important forum for
international scientific exchange. The annual Evolution
meetings typically attract between 1,400 and 1,600
attendees. Booths for vendors will be set up in the Snowbird Alpine Village Event Tent centrally located in a high-traffic area between break-out rooms. All coffee breaks, mixers, and poster sessions will be held in the assembly tent with the exhibitor booths. The exhibit schedule is planned to take advantage of the high-traffic times during breaks, receptions, and poster sessions.

Sponsorship levels and benefits
GOLD level
GOLD-level sponsorship status can be obtained for $3,500. As a sponsor to this prestigious meeting, you will receive the following benefits:
- An exhibition booth (3m x 6m) with two tables and two chairs
- Priority of choice for booth location
- Up to two full delegate registrations for your attending personnel, providing admittance to all scientific sessions and receptions.
- A full-page monochrome advertisement in the conference mini-program* book (you provide artwork in electronic format; ad placement determined by conference planners).
- Company name listed with other GOLD-level sponsors in mini-program* book.
- Logo placement on the Evolution 2013 website, with link to company website.
SILVER level
SILVER-level sponsorship status can be obtained for $1,750. As a sponsor to this prestigious meeting you will receive the following benefits:
- An exhibition booth (3m x 3m) with one table and one chair.
- One full delegate registration for attending personnel, providing admittance to all scientific sessions and receptions.
- A half-page monochrome advertisement in the conference mini-program* book (you provide artwork in electronic format; ad placement determined by conference planners).
- Company name/logo listed with other SILVER-level sponsors in mini-program* book.
- Logo placement on the Evolution 2013 website, with link to company website.
Exhibitor Information
Tables will be available for exhibitors from
non-profit organizations and small businesses. The
$500 fee includes one table, one chair, and registration
for one attendee. Exhibitor tables will be placed
near the sponsor booths and posters in the Alpine Village
Event Tent.
Additional Services
- Additional booth space - $800.
- Additional registrations are available at the
regular rates listed here.
- Additional advertisement space in the mini-program* book (Format - 8.5 x 11):
- Full page - $500 (not to exceed 6.5 x 8.75 inches)
- Half page - $250 (not to exceed 6.5 x 4.25 inches)
- Reduced rates for non-profit organizations with
501(c)(3) or equivalent designation.
- Additional furniture, shipping, and loading services can be arranged through Snowbird conference services.
- Internet access.
- Wireless Internet will be available at no charge
in the convention center, but wireless service does
not extend into the exhibit tent. Dedicated Ethernet
connections can be arranged for through the
convention center.

*No bags, color programs, or fliers will be distributed at registration to conserve resources. Mini-programs will be available for purchase by attendees. Content will be monochrome and limited to talk schedules, floor plans/maps, and sponsor information.
